These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website wizardwashing.ca and the purchase of services from Wizard Washing Inc. ("Wizard Washing", "we", "us", or "our"), a corporation operating in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Wizard Washing provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services in Chilliwack, BC and the surrounding Fraser Valley, including but not limited to:

• House washing and soft wash exterior cleaning
• Driveway and concrete pressure washing
• Roof moss removal and soft wash roof cleaning
• Garbage bin cleaning (bi-weekly and one-time)

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any service at our sole discretion.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided through our website, by phone, or by email are estimates based on information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary if on-site conditions differ materially from those described (e.g., significantly larger surface area, excessive build-up requiring additional treatment). We will communicate any price adjustment before proceeding with additional work.

Quoted prices do not include applicable taxes unless explicitly stated. Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be applied where required by law.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash
• E-transfer (Interac)
• Invoice (net 7 days from invoice date unless otherwise specified)
• Online payment where available on our website

Invoices not paid within 14 days of the due date may be subject to a late payment fee of 2% per month (24% per annum) on the outstanding balance. Wizard Washing reserves the right to pursue collections and/or legal action for unpaid accounts.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. To cancel or reschedule a booked appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled service date.

• Cancellations with 48+ hours' notice: No charge.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice: A cancellation fee of up to $75 may be charged to cover scheduling and travel costs.
• No-show or access denied on the day of service: The full quoted service fee may be charged.

Wizard Washing's Right to Cancel

Wizard Washing reserves the right to cancel or decline any scheduled job at any time, including after a quote has been accepted and signed by the customer, for any reason at our sole discretion. Reasons may include but are not limited to unsafe working conditions, equipment failure, scheduling conflicts, inability to safely access the property, or circumstances beyond our control.

In the event that Wizard Washing cancels a confirmed booking, the customer will be notified as soon as reasonably possible and will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Wizard Washing shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs incurred by the customer as a result of such cancellation.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and effective service, customers agree to:

• Provide access to an outdoor water tap (hose bib) at no charge to Wizard Washing
• Remove or secure any outdoor furniture, decorations, or personal property from the work area prior to service
• Keep pets indoors or secured away from the work area during the service
• Disclose any known fragile surfaces, recent paint, or conditions that may affect the cleaning process
• Ensure the property is legally accessible and that you have authority to authorize the work

Wizard Washing is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to: deteriorating caulking, loose siding, rotted wood, failing paint, or improperly sealed windows.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee and Complaints

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the results of a service, you must notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will return to address the issue at no additional charge, provided the concern is within the scope of the original service.

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We are not obligated to issue a refund where the customer's dissatisfaction is based on factors outside our control (e.g., pre-existing staining that cannot be removed by pressure washing).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of British Columbia, Wizard Washing's total liability to a customer for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Wizard Washing is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of use of property during or after service
• Damage caused by pre-existing defects in the property
• Weather-related re-soiling after service completion

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law in British Columbia.

8. Website Use

Our website is provided for informational and quote request purposes only. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may damage, disable, or impair the site. We make no warranty that the website will be available without interruption or error.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Wizard Washing Inc. and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Services

Our quote form is processed through Formspree, a third-party service. Use of the quote form is also subject to Formspree's terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

For disputes under $35,000, either party may elect to use the BC Small Claims Court. We encourage customers to contact us directly first to resolve any concerns informally.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
